💚 Returns & Refunds

We really hope you love your jewellery—but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry. We’re here to help make it right.

🛍️ Changed your mind?

No problem! You’ve got 14 days from when your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it. After that, you’ll have another 14 days to pop it back in the post.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings, unless they’re faulty.
  • Personalised or custom-made items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Just drop us a message at [your email address] with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

💷 Refunds

Once your return arrives and we’ve had a quick check, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

A few things to note:

  • We don’t refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Return postage is on you, unless we’ve made a mistake or the item is damaged.

🛠️ Something not right?

If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, we’ll sort it—whether that’s a refund, replacement, or repair. Just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.

🔁 Need a different item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. But you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order for the one you’d prefer.
