đď¸ Changed your mind?
No problem! Youâve got 14 days from when your order arrives to let us know youâd like to return it. After that, youâll have another 14 days to pop it back in the post.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- For hygiene reasons, we canât accept returns on earrings, unless theyâre faulty.
- Personalised or custom-made items canât be returned unless they arrive damaged.

đˇ Refunds
Once your return arrives and weâve had a quick check, weâll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
A few things to note:
- We donât refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Return postage is on you, unless weâve made a mistake or the item is damaged.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, weâll sort itâwhether thatâs a refund, replacement, or repair. Just get in touch and weâll take care of it.
đ Need a different item?
We donât offer direct exchanges at the moment. But youâre welcome to return your item and place a new order for the one youâd prefer.
